• Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship.
• All orders are shipped free standard ground delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has gone out.
• If you would like to request expedited shipping, contact us at goslow@lusaine.com for a quote.
• We are only able to ship to street addresses within the continental US at the moment. If you would like to place an order to ship to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us at goslow@lusaine.com for shipping rates.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses. 

Returns

• If you would like to return an item contact us at goslow@lusaine.com with your order number.
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
